Description -

Job Summary
• This role is responsible for ensuring we are operating our Azure environment in the best condition to ebsure we respect HP CyberSecurity rules, IT rules and delivering a full operationnal environment to our center's managers.


Responsibilities

1- Azure Tenant management

Ensure compliance with all HP policies
Create and maintain accounts for CWC Market
Collaborate with HP stakeholders to renew annual licenses (including PO process and execution)
Obtain and maintain all necessary Azure certifications as the CWC Trusted Advisor
2- Security & Future Readiness
Participate in workshops with Cybersecurity and IT teams to foster collaboration
Prepare technical documentation (NCS, technical schematics) for execution and maintenance
Generate documentation for users, groups, exceptions, and applications
3-Customer Experience Expansion
Build relationships with Solution and Technical Leads to address business needs and develop new experiences
Participate in the design of new experiences involving the HP Demos.net tenant
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation accessible to CWC managers
4-Network Management
Oversee network maintenance contracts with IT suppliers to ensure deliverables
Maintain operational status of wired and Wi-Fi networks
Support application engineers with firewall rules
Troubleshoot and resolve CWC application issues
Prepare server recovery plans and drive progression strategies

Education & Experience Recommended
• CyberSecurity Skills

. Azure Skills and overall a good understanding of Solution Integration

• Typically has 3 to 7 years of work experience, preferably in project management, sales, channel, program management, marketing, or a related field.

. Network analyzis with Wireshark or equivalent

The pay range for this role is $105,050 to $161,800 USD annually with additional
opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United
States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related
knowledge, skills, and experience.
