Customer Transformation - Associate Director

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce and nCino solutions, overseeing build, DevOps, and QA to ensure high-quality, scalable outcomes. Drive release management, CI/CD pipelines, and environment strategy to support efficient and reliable deployments. 

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams to translate requirements into well-architected solutions, ensuring alignment with platform best practices and governance standards. 

• Establish and embed QA frameworks, including automated testing, to maintain quality across the development lifecycle. Monitor system performance, manage defects, and continuously improve delivery processes. 

• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. 

• Support delivery planning and prioritisation, managing risks and dependencies to ensure successful outcomes in fast-paced environments.

• Relevant tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline 
• 8+ years’ experience in technology delivery, with significant experience in Salesforce and nCino environments.  

• Proven track record in leadership roles across build, DevOps, and QA functions.

• Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders (business and technology). 

• Experience managing teams, vendors and offshore/onshore delivery models. 

• Commercial acumen, including budget management, forecasting and contributing to sales opportunities.
