06 February 2026We’re one of the world’s oldest start-ups — and we’re just getting started.
At Husqvarna Group, innovation is in our DNA. With over 330 years of heritage and a passion for pioneering technology, we design and deliver world class products and solutions for forest, park, garden and construction care. From robotic lawn mowers to cutting-edge chainsaws and sustainable battery systems, we’re shaping the future - and we want you to be part of it.
You will join our After‑Sales Technical Support team in Sweden - a tight, helpful crew of eight specialists who collaborate across our handheld, wheeled, and robotics focus areas. For this role, you will mainly work with the robotics stream (automower), but since we are a team, we always back each other up if some of our other focus areas need a helping hand. You will report to Technical Support Manager, Håkan Lindow.
About the role:
As a member of the Swedish aftersales department in the technical support team, you will be a product expert on the Husqvarna automower range to support our customers and help them get the best out of their robotic mowers – mostly via email or phone. You will troubleshoot using Husqvarna’s support systems, and turn complex issues into simple, friendly answers. From time to time, you may help train our external call center or support product demos/knowledge-sharing sessions. During peak season (April–September), the pace picks up and the team rallies together – you will be fully onboarded before then so you can grow into the role.
About you:
You are curious, helpful, and not afraid of new tech. People enjoy your positive energy and can‑do attitude, even when the questions are tricky. You like to analyze, explain, and teach - the kind of person who can look at a map or data point and quickly figure out why something isn’t working. Most of all, you want to learn and grow together with us.
Your skills and background:
Location
This position will be placed in Huskvarna. We offer a hybrid work set up where you will have the flexibility to work both onsite and remotely, promoting work-life balance for all team members. We meet in the office at least 3 times a week.

Please submit your application in English as soon as possible as we will review applications ongoing, and the position may be filled before deadline. We do not accept applications via e-mail due to GDPR regulations.
