Upgrade your talent by:

  • Communicating with corporate customers and business partners

  • Investigating and improving customer claims

  • Liaising with carries and interacting with other departments to resolve customer situations

  • Negotiating returns of defective goods with vendors


You’ll be a great fit if you have:

  • Very good German (B2) and English (B1-B2)

  • Work experience in the field of support/customer service or data entry is an advantage (but not mandatory, we are open to people without any working experience)

  • Communication and problem solving
