In this role you will be responsible for the account administration and interfacing with customers at an advanced journeyman level, demonstrating solid working experience and knowledge of products and overall customer base. The role includes, but is not limited to customer order administration for new sales, repairs and warranty sales and coordination within organization for technical or engineering support and services as required.
Process and maintain customer purchase orders, external customer purchase order systems and electronic data interchange (EDI)
Compile and generate various customer/sales reports
Contract review of customer purchase orders
Work unassisted with OEM and aftermarket customer requirements
Respond to customer pricing requests per established price list
Interact with other departments as required (order status, delivery updates, warranty & quality)
File and maintain documentation
Interface with customers on a day-to-day basis
Prepare and submit customer quotations per established price list
Respond to internal and external customer inquiries
Over-time may be required with little or no notice to accommodate customer needs
University degree preffered
Minimum 2 years of related experience in customer service
Excellent English and Polish language skills – both written & spoken
Any additional language will be a plus
Excellent knowledge of MS office package (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work in fast-paced environments
Strong work ethics, enthusiasm, cooperation, and communication skills
Salary range from 6 000 to 10 800 PLN gross – depending on experience
