SUMMARY

The Customer Support Coordinator is responsible for assisting customers with sales and service support when customers call the branch office.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Primary responsibility is parts sales order entry
  • Maintains existing customer account relationships
  • Coordinate sales activities with the corporate office including order entry, price quotes, schedule, delivery, etc
  • All other duties and responsibilities that are reasonably assigned by the employer or it’s designee

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills
  • One-plus year of related work experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associate’s Degree
  • Product line knowledge refuse and mixer
  • Knowledge of sales and pricing strategies
  • Knowledge and understanding of refuse and mixer parts market
  • Mechanical skills
  • Ability to be persistent and influence others
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to earn respect of customers and employees within McNeilus Companies
  • Ability to manage conflict in a professional manner
