About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and analytically strong Customer Success Manager to support our growing team. This is an excellent role for someone early in their career who wants broad exposure to account management, customer support, and growth marketing. You’ll help shape first impressions for new customers, assist with marketing initiatives, and ensure smooth day-to-day workflows across Terrakotta’s user base.
What You’ll Do
1) Onboarding and Activating Customers: Oversee the entire onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and effective transition for customers onto the Terrakotta platform.
2) Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to customers as they use Terrakotta, resolving issues and ensuring their success with the platform.
3) Customer Service Structuring: Develop onboarding materials, how-to guides, and other product-related content to assist customers and improve the user experience.
4) Marketing Initiatives: Lead and contribute to specialized marketing projects that drive engagement and customer activation.
5) Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team on specific sales-related activities, assisting in closing deals by providing technical or product expertise.
