The Customer Success Manager is responsible for managing a specific block of SME clients, driving growth within the customer base and developing and maintaining long-term relationships by providing excellent customer service, consultative support, and negotiating / renewing existing client contracts related to the delivery and evaluation of Employee Assistance and Support Programs (EAP).
This role may be based from a remote/home office in Australia and/or office environment.

What you'll do

  • Grow your client portfolio — Meet and exceed revenue targets by identifying opportunities within your existing book of business
  • Be the go-to expert — Provide consultative support, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues by liaising with internal teams
  • Deliver impact — Execute client programs, conduct orientations (phone/webinar), and follow up on trauma and wellbeing initiatives
  • Keep things on track — Manage contract renewals, prepare annual planning meetings, and maintain accurate CRM records
  • Ensure quality — Oversee program governance, review internal reporting, issue client reports, and coordinate Quality Assurance Reviews

What you bring

  • Higher education in Business (or related field), or equivalent experience
    3+ years in sales, account management, or client success
  • Background in HR, employee wellbeing, wellness programs, or EAP (preferred)
  • Proven ability to manage a book of business independently and hit revenue targets
  • Strong relationship-building skills—internally and externally
  • Solutions-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Self-directed, organised, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel to meet clients as needed
