About the Role

As a Customer Service Specialist for our Export Market, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring smooth processes and contributing to projects that make a real impact. This role offers exposure to multiple areas of the business, giving you the chance to expand your knowledge and grow professionally. 

What You Will Do: 

  • Order Processing: Manage timely and efficient processing of customer orders in CERPS, including imports and sending orders to the warehouse. 

  • System Management: Oversee CERPS system setup and maintain processes; support EDI communication with customers. 

  • Pricing & Invoicing: Ensure accurate price setup in CERPS and issue invoices and credit documents. 

  • Warehouse & Stock Coordination: Communicate with the warehouse, evaluate KPIs, perform stock reconciliation, and minimize obsolete stock. 

  • Claims & Reporting: Handle customer claims promptly and prepare month-end reports (including OTIF). 

  • Transport & Documentation: Prepare transport and order forecasts, book transportation, and create documents for customs clearance. 

  • Project Participation: Contribute to supply chain projects and meetings to ensure correct product supply. 

  • Compliance: Report adverse events, quality complaints, or safety information according to Haleon processes. 

 

Why You? 

Education:

  • Degree or ongoing higher educational studies in Supply Chain & Logistics, Finance, Planning, or similar field. 

Languages:

  • Hungarian and English (additional languages are a plus).
