Your purpose is to provide industry‑leading customer service by managing after‑sales enquiries accurately, professionally, and with a focus on continuous improvement.
Investigate, advise on, and resolve after‑sales queries and delivery‑related issues
Act as the primary contact for customers, ensuring every query is managed through to resolution
Own and progress all cases within agreed service levels
Follow company policies, procedures, and delegation of authority when handling delivery situations
Improve efficiencies in query handling and deliveries, helping reduce credit notes and minimise losses
Highlight root‑cause issues and support the business in addressing them
Promote the use of TD SYNNEX’s e‑Business customer service tools
Support colleagues, contribute to shared goals, and maintain a strong team ethic
Uphold TD SYNNEX values in all actions and decisions
Support with additional duties as required
Above all, you’ll act as an advocate for the customer, ensuring their experience is smooth, supportive, and solutions‑focused.

Prior experience in business or customer service environments
Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
Customer‑first mindset with excellent relationship‑building skills
Clear, confident communication (Verbal and Written)
Excellent organisation and time‑management abilities
Proven experience working effectively in a team
Working knowledge of Excel and Word (SAP R3 experience is desirable)
A proactive, positive approach and willingness to learn
