We have an opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join our team

This opportunity in a nutshell

The Customer Service Supervisor (ANZ) leads and manages a team of customer service representatives to deliver exceptional service to clients across Australia and New Zealand. The role drives operational excellence by meeting KPIs and SLAs, managing escalations, and promoting continuous improvement and high customer satisfaction.

How you’ll add value

  • Team Leadership: Supervise day-to-day operations of the ANZ customer service team, ensuring adherence to company standards and policies.

  • Performance Management: Monitor and analyze team performance metrics (KPIs, SLAs) and implement strategies to achieve targets.

  • Escalation Handling: Act as the primary escalation point for complex or high-impact customer issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

  • Coaching & Development: Provide regular feedback, coaching, and training to team members to enhance skills and career growth.

  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage expectations and maintain strong relationships.

  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve customer experience.

  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.

  • Vision & Mission Alignment: Support and promote the company’s vision, mission, and values in all activities.

What you need to be successful

  • Bachelors Degree of any field.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in customer service and order management, with at least 3 -5  years in a supervisory or leadership role.

  • Strong understanding of ANZ market dynamics and customer expectations.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office applications especially in SAP

  • Good Excel skills (plus)
