Customer Service Representative

One Two Tree, a Turf Masters Brands Company is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative to apply and join our amazing team!

This is a full-time position with a competitive hourly rate While these are not sales positions, simply making our customers aware of other services and selling incoming leads can be very lucrative. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance, paid time-off and 401k.

This is a fast-paced environment with high call volume and plenty of opportunity for advancement. To be successful in this position, you will need the following

• Previous Customer Service experience
• A desire to be helpful
• A clear and articulate phone voice
• Experience with operating systems such as Real Green, Pestpac, Salesforce, etc.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite or G Suite
• A sense of humor
• Experience with suggestive selling

Salary: Hourly rate - $17 - $21 per hour (Paid weekly)
