Customer Service Representative - 12 months Fixed Term Contract

We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative II to join our collaborative team in Paisley. In this customer-facing role, you’ll be at the heart of the service lifecycle — supporting customers from first contact through to successful order fulfilment.

You’ll manage enquiries, process orders and quotations, track shipments, and resolve issues efficiently, all while delivering a consistently high-quality customer experience. Working closely with internal teams, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive the support they need to succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Acting as a primary point of contact for internal and external customers

  • Processing orders, quotations, and returns accurately and efficiently

  • Managing customer data within ERP and CRM systems

  • Tracking orders and shipments and proactively resolving issues

  • Communicating clearly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous Office / customer service experience, ideally in an SSC or multinational environment.

  • Government Body award or equivalent qualification

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Additional European language skills are a strong advantage

  • Confident using Microsoft Office

  • Experience with ERP systems (Oracle/SAP) or CRM tools is beneficial (training provided)

  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills

  • A proactive problem-solver who can manage multiple priorities

  • A positive, collaborative team player with a professional approach

  • Comfortable adapting to new systems, processes, and technologies
