Customer Service Representative must be:

• At least high school graduate or equivalent
• Above average English communication skills
• Must be willing to work onsite in our office in Eastwood
• Must be willing to work on shifting schedules, holidays, and weekends -
• Critical working days and graveyard schedules

Customer Service Representative preferred to be:

• Windows-based PC skills
• Demonstrate active listening
• Customer service experience
• Be enthusiastic and thrive under pressure while maintaining a level of attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task
