What do we expect from you?

In this customer service role, you can fully apply your experience as a Customer Service Representative, because you are the connecting link between our customers and our organization. You will be in contact with employees from pharmacies and hospitals via phone, email, or our web portal. You work closely with your direct customer service colleagues and other teams within our organization. The Customer Service team is part of the Customer Contact Centre; within this department, 15 highly driven employees work together.

What does your day look like?

You start each day with a team kick-off to review the previous day and look ahead to the new day. We also discuss required actions and key focus points. The phone lines open to help our customers with their questions; questions can also come in via email or our web portal. You are the expert and have the subject-matter knowledge to answer questions or to route them to the right place within our organization. You coordinate with colleagues from various teams, such as Transport, Warehouse, Supply Chain, Sales, and Retail. Our goal is to increase customer satisfaction, remove root causes of issues, and answer questions correctly the first time whenever possible, or clearly inform our customers about expected lead times. You work closely with your direct customer service colleagues; together you are responsible for your own work and have the opportunity to influence customer satisfaction.

32 hours a week.

Working days: Thursday and Friday are necessary + one or more additional day(s) to be determined

You will work fully from the office for the first 6-8 months in the office, afterwards it will be possible to work from home for 1 or 2 days a week.

Requirements

  • Good command of the Dutch language; solid English preferred for internal use

  • Strong communication skills, proactive, takes initiative, able to work independently

  • Education level: MBO+ (upper secondary vocational level or higher)

  • Experience with inbound and outbound calls

  • Experience with written customer communication

  • Background in logistics or healthcare *e.g. pharmacy assistant, nurse) can be a plus
