The Customer Service Representative working in Sanford Maverick Air Center will be responsible to greet customers, answer the telephone and handle incoming fuel requests.Job Description
Demonstrate and uphold Maverick Air Center's high standard of quality in workmanship and customer service. Will create an environment where customers feel appreciated by giving exemplary customer service and acknowledge all pilots and customers upon entering or leaving the facility. Customer Service Representative's duties will include directing incoming calls and handling customer requests. Ensuring ramp access security. Coordinate line service calls and requests and insuring all service requests are completed. Computer invoicing of front desk items and closing service orders to include payment via credit card, cash or check. Knows and understands Maverick Air Center's discounts and pricing. Verifies information in the computer-based point-of-sale system is accurate and up to date upon arrival or departure. Handle fuel requests via internet, phone and Unicom. Call out service requests and answer radio calls from line service. Procuring rental cars and other transportation needs, hotel accommodations and catering for pilots, flight crews and customers. Set up new accounts; maintain records and reports and other clerical duties. Update fuel price changes. Fuel balancing and reconciliation of fuel sales and truck sheets from previous day. Cash handling. Maintain a professional clean working environment to include; professional appearance and attitude. Other duties as assigned. Additional duties include but not limited to, assisting the Line maintaining the lobby, conference room and hallways appearance, this may include vacuuming, mopping, cleaning windows, dust and wipe down counters as needed. Check all restrooms during each shift to insure supplies are stocked and cleaned. Check pilot lounge for cleanliness. Responsible for courtesy coffee, tea, and ice water are available at all times. May be needed to assist customers with baggage and pulling up rental and courtesy cars.Qualifications
