Customer Service Representative III

Job Scope

  • Coordinate with business functions and the logistics team on order fulfilment, customer returns, vendor returns.
  • Handle and respond to inquiries from internal and external customers as well as daily operational issues.
  • Perform SAP transactions and maintain accurate system records.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the Logistics Department including reporting and indirect procurement.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by the manager.

Requirements

  • Form 5 / DSE or above
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in warehouse or logistics industry.
  • Good command of Mandarin, Cantonese, and English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • SAP knowledge is an advantage.
  • Strong team player with a genuine interest in resolving customer problems.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hardworking, independent, self‑motivated and able to perform under pressure.
