This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer support while handling inquiries related to financial transactions, billing, accounts, or patient/client services. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, accuracy, and the ability to navigate sensitive or regulated information.
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
