About the Role
We’re hiring a Training Content Developer to help operational teams learn faster and execute with confidence. This is a hands on, production focused role built for someone who enjoys quick turnaround projects, practical deliverables, and seeing their work used immediately in the field. You’ll take real world processes and turn them into clear, usable learning tools including tutorials, job aids, and AI enabled microlearning. You’ll also help maintain and organize content across our LMS and knowledge platforms, so teams can easily find what they need when they need it.
This role is ideal for someone who likes structure, clarity, and momentum and who takes pride in making complex work feel simple and actionable.
What You’ll Be Doing
- You’ll translate SOPs, workflow notes, and process documentation into clear tutorials, step by step guides, and job aids that operational teams can follow with confidence. You’ll deliver short, high impact learning projects with fast turnaround times while maintaining consistent quality and usability.
- You’ll create engaging microlearning using modern content tools like Synthesia, Supademo, Loom, and AI assisted workflows. You’ll build quick reference materials such as checklists, one pagers, and walkthroughs that directly support day-to-day execution.
- You’ll upload, tag, organize, and maintain learning content across the LMS, SharePoint, and Knowledge Network. You’ll provide light LMS administration including loading course content, managing assignments, and tracking basic completion reporting.
- You’ll support active projects with task tracking, status updates, and maintaining training completion data. You’ll also conduct basic SME interviews to clarify steps, inputs, outputs, and decisions and ensure materials are accurate, streamlined, and easy for end users to follow.
- You’ll continuously explore new tools and techniques to improve content quality, speed, and production efficiency.
Why We’re Excited About You
- You have 1 to 3 years of experience in training content development, LMS or knowledge base administration, operations enablement, technical writing, process documentation, or a related field.
- You’re comfortable translating real world operational work into simple, usable learning materials. You don’t overcomplicate things, and you naturally think about the end user experience.
- You’re confident using digital content tools such as screen capture, video walkthrough platforms, and documentation tools, and you’re curious about how AI can improve speed and quality.
- You’re organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with deadlines. You enjoy structured work, clear deliverables, and contributing to measurable outcomes. Most importantly, you take pride in producing content that helps teams perform better immediately.
