Agropur is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator who is passionate about supporting clients to join its St-Hubert team.
The Customer Service Coordinator actively contributes to achieving the objectives of the dynamic and dedicated Customer Service team for the Industrial and Ice Cream category by helping manage distribution center customer requests and their orders. The position holder is responsible for processing complaint and credit requests, tracking orders for our major clients, and coordinating various tasks with the Sales department and other internal departments.
The successful candidate must take a solution-oriented approach while demonstrating autonomy and excellent work methodology. They must show strong analytical skills, be proactive, versatile, and able to synthesize information with a strong focus on data accuracy.

Salary scale 003: $ 61 400 to $76 800 (Base salary will be determined based on your academic background, experience, training, and skills related to the position.)
What this role involves:
More specifically, the responsibilities of the Customer Service Coordinator are:
Processes, follows up on, and validates inventory for major customer orders and downgraded products;
Manages customer liaison setups, item links, and product launches or discontinuations (hypercare);
Handles complaints, ensures rigorous follow‑ups, meets deadlines, delivers quality responses, and escalates complaint resolutions to customers when needed;
Manages processes related to credit analysis, RMA returns, price corrections, and rebilling;
Tracks, analyzes, and resolves various issues related to order processing;
Acts as a specialist in simplifying processes and parameters for automated order processing (EDI, WeGoTrade);
Communicates with various internal departments to ensure smooth order processing workflows;
Approves urgent orders, analyzes and publishes the control tower/missing products;
Provides training to agents, monitors trends, and drafts procedures and KPI performance indicators.
What you need to join our team:
Bachelor’s degree in administration or another relevant field
Recognized for strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively
Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast and efficient manner
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in customer service
Bilingualism required: French and English, spoken and written
