工作职责

·       来访接待与登记管理:

Ø  执行标准化迎宾接待流程、主动迎候前来楼宇内的员工和顾客,礼貌的接待每一位访客问询、准确引导来访人员。

Ø  严格执行访客登记流程(含身份核验、预约匹配、电子/纸质登记、发放临时证件、安全告知及离场注销),确保信息完整、可追溯、符合安防要求。

Ø  确保访客与被访者在最专业的条件和环境下会面。

·       电话服务与信息枢纽:

Ø  标准化接听前台总机电话,清晰应答、准确记录、及时转接至对应部门或人员。

Ø  管理留言信息,确保重要事项零遗漏、零延误。

Ø  管理客户咨询与事务需求。

·       会议与活动支持服务:

Ø  协同完成本楼层会议室预约协调、会前布置(桌椅、设备、茶歇、资料、AV设备调试)、会中协助及会后复位;

Ø  为管理层接待、客户洽谈、公司内部活动等提供全流程行政支持,展现专业服务水准;

Ø  定期更新楼层/客户通讯录、紧急联系人清单及服务指引信息。

·       快递与信函收发管理:

Ø  统一接收、登记、分类、分发快递、包裹、信函及报刊;

Ø  建立收发台账(含时间、单号、寄件方/收件方、签收人),确保全程可追溯;

Ø  妥善保管待领件,及时通知收件人签收,异常情况(如破损、错件、滞留)即时上报处理;

Ø  定期汇总异常件,并提报主管跟进。

·       协同性行政事务支持:

Ø  配合完成楼层日常巡检反馈、

Ø  办公用品申领与分发、公告栏更新、绿植养护协调、清洁管理、

Ø  临时性支援任务等基础行政工作,保障办公环境有序高效。

·       积极地学习并提高本职技能,不但操作熟练,按时保质、保量完成上级所赋予的工作任务。

·       严格执行《设施前台服务标准手册》及客户定制化SOP;

·       热诚帮助客人、主动收集客户、访客等服务反馈或建议,识别流程堵点,提出优化改善和行动。

·       参与服务质量月度复盘,落实改进措施。

·       协助处理前台其他文书、文档及档案管理工作。

·       按时上、下班,礼貌待客,准时优质完成客户所要求完成的服务项目严格执行健康与安全标准,避免出现任何违反程序行为的出现

·       执行主管交办的临时性专项任务。

岗位要求

·       基本条件:学历、全日制大专及以上学历

·       专业背景:行政管理、酒店管理、经济金融类等相关专业优先良好的服务态度及工作态度

·       工作经验:具备1年及以上以下任一领域前台服务经验;金融行业(银行/证券/保险总部);甲级写字楼(LEED/WELL认证项目优先);星级酒店(四星及以上)

·       核心能力:普通话标准流利(二级甲等及以上优先);形象气质佳,亲和力强,服务意识突出;具备基础办公软件操作能力(Word/Excel/Outlook)

·       职业素养:责任心强,细致耐心,抗压能力好;遵守职业操守,严守客户及公司信息保密要求

·       无犯罪纪录
