Customer Service Analyst (Order to Cash)

The focus of the role is to facilitate timely accurate execution of order management, returns management and reporting views for the defined portfolio to achieve the revenue and profitability plan. Monitor order entry, drive correct vendor compliance and ensure SOX controls while performing activities.

 

About the Job 

  • Maintain established controls and ensure established procedures (SOP's - Standard Operation Procedures) are followed in close collaboration with the external provider (3rd party) to achieve agreed targets

  • Establish close customer working relationship with accounts and cross functional business partners 

  • Build trust and transparency through proactive communication between internal and external stakeholders of the business

  • Drive initiatives that will improve process efficiency, order conversion, and reduce potential claims

  • Ensure that customer data is maintained and current

  • Monitor relevant EDI activities and troubleshoot EDI failure

 

About You 

  • 1+ year(s) in a corporate environment required; apparel industry preferred. Order Management experience preferred

  • Technical experience with SAP or similar ERP system

  • Fluent English - both Written and Verbal

  • Fluent Spanish - both Written and Verbal

  • Excel - Intermediate level (including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF statement)

This is a hybrid work schedule based in our Polanco Office in Mexico City. We expect you in office 3 days per week, typically Monday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on needs.
