A Customer Service Advisor for Customer Service Department based in Mumbai, who will be an integral part of the Customer Service Department Team and reporting to the Manager – Customer Service Department.

You would be part of core Customer Service Department Team of Ayvens India and would be primarily involved in providing customers assistance on requests received via Calls/Emails/ Portal Booking.

Your main responsibilities would comprise of:

▪ Provide customers assistance on requests received via Calls/Emails/Portal Booking

▪ Provide Customers with regular updates and service information.

▪ Coordinate updating of Customer database.

▪ Proactive identification of priority issues to curb escalation. ▪ Ensure coordination between all departments regarding Customer touch points(interface).

▪ Responsible to capture Customer feedback at various stages.

▪ Keep an overview of complaints and drive for amicable resolution.
