D&M Leasing is seeking a friendly, organized, and service-driven Customer Service Specialist & Administrative Assistant to join our Fort Worth team. This role blends customer service excellence, front desk reception, and administrative support, serving as the first point of contact for visitors, callers, and internal team members.
You’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming office environment while supporting daily operations and maintaining a high level of customer service.
What You’ll Do
Customer Service & Front Desk Support
Serve as a knowledgeable primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in person
Respond to customer inquiries, and concerns with professionalism and efficiency
Set up rental car reservations and document entry
Provide accurate, consistent information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures
Resolve routine and moderately complex customer issues independently, escalating when appropriate
Accurately document customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-up actions in internal systems
Maintain up-to-date customer records
Maintain a calm, professional demeanor when handling sensitive or time-critical situations
Protect confidential customer and company information in compliance with company policies
Administrative & Office Support
Distribute inner office mail, packages, deliveries, create FedEx
Manage front office and breakroom supplies, inventory, and printer stations, and vendor services
Work collaboratively with internal departments to resolve customer issues and meet service goals
Support team operations during peak volume periods and special initiatives
Provide clerical and administrative support to various departments
Coordinate internal milestone anniversary acknowledgements and recognitions. Submit monthly announcements such as birthdays, anniversaries, and new hires and holidays
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
What You’ll Bring
2+ years of experience in customer service, or similar administrative role
Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional appearance with a dependable and positive work ethic
A service-oriented mindset with attention to detail
High school diploma or GED required
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Background in a fast-paced office with a high level of customer service environment
Proven success in managing multiple priorities and supporting a dynamic team

📍 Location: Fort Worth, TX 🕒 Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday 9:00am–6:00pm One Saturday per month, 9:00am–2:00pm
Pay Range: $18–$21/hour, based on experience
