[What the role is]

The Building and Construction Authority (BCA) champions the development of a future ready built environment for Singapore. Besides regulating building safety, we lead and transform the built environment sector in delivering a safe, high quality, sustainable and friendly built environment.

We are looking for resourceful, energetic and self-motivated individuals who are inspired to play an active role to make a difference to Singapore’s built environment.

[What you will be working on]

  • Handle phone and e-mail enquiries at a contact centre for matters relating to the building and construction industry; 

  • Provide accurate information to customers in a professional and timely manner;

  • Enter information into the Customer Feedback Management system;

  • Liaise with relevant parties for follow-up of feedback where necessary;

  • Other frontline and administrative duties when required; and

  • May be activated to work after office hours when necessary

[What we are looking for]

  • Diploma, or equivalent qualification, preferably with at least 1 year of frontline experience in a contact centre or customer service environment;

  • Pleasant personality, with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; and

  • Customer service-oriented
