[What the role is]
The Building and Construction Authority (BCA) champions the development of a future ready built environment for Singapore. Besides regulating building safety, we lead and transform the built environment sector in delivering a safe, high quality, sustainable and friendly built environment.[What you will be working on]
Handle phone and e-mail enquiries at a contact centre for matters relating to the building and construction industry;
Provide accurate information to customers in a professional and timely manner;
Enter information into the Customer Feedback Management system;
Liaise with relevant parties for follow-up of feedback where necessary;
Other frontline and administrative duties when required; and
May be activated to work after office hours when necessary
[What we are looking for]
Diploma, or equivalent qualification, preferably with at least 1 year of frontline experience in a contact centre or customer service environment;
Pleasant personality, with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; and
Customer service-oriented
Successful candidates will be offered contract employment.
