Responsibilities
- Daily communication and coordination with customers
- Managing and analyzing customer orders, preparing order confirmations
- Recording customer forecasts and reviewing them on a monthly basis
- Organizing shipments and tracking outbound products
- Supporting invoicing activities
- Operating SAP logistics processes (sales) and proposing improvements
- Tracking returnable packaging materials
- Handling logistics complaints, preparing 8D reports
- Verifying freight invoices
- Maintaining customer and item master data
- Coordinating the implementation of Customer EDI
Requirements
- At least a relevant higher education degree
- Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of logistics processes
- Basic understanding of production processes
- Negotiation-level English language skills
- Automotive industry experience is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP applications
