Customer Order Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer orders from receipt to shipment, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

  • Confirm customer orders and handle changes with appropriate actions.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met.

  • Monitor finished goods inventory and raise request for replenish stock as needed.

  • Review customer demand regularly and highlight inventory risks.

  • Communicate effectively with regional teams to mitigate risks and improve service levels.

Qualification

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Service or Order Management preferably in the manufacturing industry.

  • Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Language: Fluency in Thai and English is required.

  • Other: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
