Your new working environment and responsibilities

In this role, you will be involved in a variety of processes within Commercial Cards for business clients. Within Commercial Cards, we handle everything from card applications to card termination, and all related activities in between.

In addition to your regular responsibilities within the team, we expect a proactive attitude when it comes to process improvements and team-related initiatives. The role is a combination of administrative work and process development. It is important that you are proactive and consistently stay one step ahead.

How you will be successful

  • You are able to maintain a clear overview and are comfortable working with multiple workflows and projects simultaneously
  • You have a higher professional education (HBO) level of working and thinking
  • You are able to think out of the box
  • Experience with the systems used within the business department is considered an advantage (e.g. IRIS, MMS, MINGZ, Messaging, etc.)
