In this role you will be working at Easy Business Banking NL, an ambitious department within ING and responsible for the digital sales and digitalization targets within the business segment. We aim for relevant and personal interactions with our customers based on the right customer insights. We are looking for a Customer Journey Expert who can strengthen our department. As CJE you create and realize the very best experience for our customers. You make it possible for our customers to arrange their banking affairs easily, quickly, and efficiently.
What you are going to do
Together with your (multidisciplinary) squad you are working on the objectives of squad Daily Business: running the (online) ‘daily business shop’ in optima forma to increase digital customer interaction and improve the cross buy for a variety of products like payments, bookkeeping, Business cards.
