We are looking for a Customer Journey Expert (CJE) with affinity for business customers. Are you a communicative personality with an analytical mind? In this role you will be working at Easy Business Banking NL, an ambitious department within ING and responsible for the digital sales and digitalization targets within the business segment. We aim for relevant and personal interactions with our customers based on the right customer insights. We are looking for a Customer Journey Expert who can strengthen our department. As CJE you create and realize the very best experience for our customers. You make it possible for our customers to arrange their banking affairs easily, quickly, and efficiently.

What you are going to do

Together with your (multidisciplinary) squad you are working on the objectives of squad Daily Business: running the (online) ‘daily business shop’ in optima forma to increase digital customer interaction and improve the cross buy for a variety of products like payments, bookkeeping, Business cards.

You will be working on different items like:

  • Improve digitale sales journeys
  • Create personalized messaging, like insights in app/web MINGZ, email and on ing.nl/zakelijk
  • Promote new propositions and develop (online) campaigns for our products
  • Optimize and adjust the digital funnels using the data insights
  • Keep up to date with the developments and innovations

  • You have experience with Bloomreach, Adobe, Inspire
  • You have at least 2 a 3 years of relevant work experience
  • You are fluent in the Dutch language (writing and speaking). Due to the nature of the work this is a hard requirement
  • Hybrid way of working (1 to 2 days at the office, but flexible)
