As a Customer Issue Representative with German you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
Here you will make an impact by:
Managing end-to-end CIR (Customer Issue Resolution) process, engaging with customers on billing, collections, and complaints to ensure prompt payments and swift, high‑quality outcomes.
Building strong credibility and trust with customers and internal teams by delivering timely, accurate, and reliable CIR support.
Interpreting policies and regulations, investigating issues, and collaborating across departments to identify root causes, resolve challenges, and drive effective service improvements.
Using strong analytical skills to interpret data, evaluate variables, draw insights, and compare solution options, applying sound judgment in complex or quickly evolving situations.
Analyzing recommendations and presenting well‑considered alternative solutions tailored to customer expectations and account needs.
Demonstrating a proactive ownership mindset, contributing directly to team success and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Issue Resolution, Complaints handling, Collections or AR (Accounts Receivable)
Advanced proficiency in English and German (B2 level or higher)
Experience with customer service processes and systems – knowledge of SAP and Salesforce will be a big advantage
Proven interpersonal, communication, analytical, organizational, and short‑term planning skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities, including building conditional formulas, using VLOOKUP, creating pivot tables, developing macros, and managing large data sets

Location: Wrocław, MidPoint 71, Powstańców Śląskich 9
Work Your Way: Hybrid – minimum 2 days per week/ 8 days per month in office
