Main responsibilities:

• Provide quality medical information to healthcare professionals in compliance with professional ethics, company standards, and regulatory requirements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and target physicians to achieve sales targets aligned with company strategy
• Develop and execute weekly and monthly territory visit plans in consultation with your District Manager
• Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with healthcare professionals across your territory
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, therapeutic areas, and competitive landscape to create a professional image
• Implement customer targeting and profiling strategies to drive territory growth and increase product adoption
• Communicate market feedback and relevant insights to your line manager to inform business decisions
• Support knowledge transfer to new team members on product information, territory coverage, and reporting systems

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Medicine or Pharmacy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships
• Business acumen with a results-oriented mindset
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to influence healthcare professionals
• Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Patient-focused approach with commitment to ethical standards
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the territory
