Main responsibilities:

  • Act as a bridge between commercial and customer experience functions to ensure seamless collaboration

  • Proactively manage customer insights flows (needs, expectations, feedback, pain points) and provide actionable intelligence to build outcome-driven communication strategies

  • Work with Commercial managers to design optimal customer journeys that mirror customer and patient needs while addressing pain points

  • Own and tailor customer communications to meet specific customer requirements and preferences

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define effective customer experience visions and implement customized activation strategies across all channels

  • Implement and manage customer relationship management systems to foster customer loyalty and engagement

  • Manage all customer touchpoints and lead engagement plans using strategic evaluations and programs that align with audience needs

  • Monitor and analyze customer satisfaction metrics to strengthen customer experience and develop responsive programs and initiatives

About you

  • Experience:  Demonstrated pharmaceutical sales experience with proven ability to manage commercial activities for diversified portfolios

  • Technical skills: Sales management knowledge, strategic analysis and planning capabilities, and project management skills

  • Data-driven approach with proven ability to analyze trends, derive actionable insights, and present data confidently to healthcare professionals

  • Communication skills: Excellent interpersonal abilities to negotiate, communicate, present, and persuade among internal teams, healthcare decision makers, physicians, and patients

  • Education: University degree in a relevant field ( science, medical etc. )

  • Languages: Fluent in Hebrew and good English language knowledge and skills (written and oral)

  • Leadership qualities: Ability to engage others through active communication, transformative mindset, and strong analytical skills with ability to work independently and make quality decisions
