A Day in the Life:   

  • Working with the Customer Experience (CE) team, you will obtain valuable insights into the functions of a corporate level Customer Experience management program. You will have the opportunity to support key dealership facing programs, generating insights from survey data, and creating presentations to steer Nissan Canada Inc.’s Customer Experience into the top-tier. We invite candidates possessing a passion for winning to join the CE team.
  • Support the CE team in the launch of new programs as well as ongoing programs designed to improve the Customers’ Experience at a retailer level and/or national level
  • Generate periodic reports to measure effectiveness of strategic and tactical customer experience Programs
  • Conduct analysis to determine the root cause of systemic as well as localized customer experience issues
  • Monitor customer survey inbox for unique customer inquiries and issues    

Who We’re Looking for:

  • Basic Microsoft Excel skills required
  • Knowledge of statistical concepts is ideal, but not required
  • Beginner Microsoft PowerPoint skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Ability to take initiative to improve existing reports and processes.

Required:

  • Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program with co-op/internship in Business, Economics, or Marketing University Program.

Hourly Rate Range:
$21.00 - $24.00

Hourly Rate Estimate: This range represents the minimum and maximum hourly rates applicable to interns in this program or role. The hourly rate offered will fall within this range and is determined based on the intern’s academic progress (years completed in school).

All employment is contingent upon successful completion of background screenings in accordance with Nissan policies and as permitted by applicable statutes and regulations.
