About the Role
As a CX Consultant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service. This is an operational role with consultative elements, offering exposure to multiple functions and a clear career path toward Project Manager or Team Leader roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor end-to-end shipment processes
Coordinate deliveries from port of discharge and ensure data accuracy
Handle customer queries and maintain proactive communication
Collaborate with warehouses, procurement, sales teams, and trucking partners
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to process optimization

Ideal Candidate
Strong customer service experience
Excellent communication skills in French and English (Spanish is a plus)
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Experience with Power BI and good understanding of operational processes
Organized, proactive, and able to thrive under pressure
