KEY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act as the first point of contact for fielding customer inquiries and resolving customer issues via telephone, e-mail, and chat
Responsible for order entry
Responsible for quoting of standard materials and supporting on quotes with customized materials.
Electronic order review and reconciliation
Management of customer backorders and lead time inquiries, including working with Planning and Operations
Resolution of price discrepancies identified at the time or order
Review return requests relative to guidelines and provide authorization for items that qualify
Issue claims
Issue credits and debits related to order issues and customer returns.
YOU HAVE:
College degree preferable, combination of education and work experience are acceptable for consideration.
Proven experience with leading/working on cross functional teams
Experience in serving the Industrial and Commercial Distribution Industries
Experience with SAP or comparable ERP/Order Management System would be preferable
Experience with SalesForce would be preferable but not mandatory
Exceptional organizational skills for a highly multi tasked position
Proven and exceptional problem solving skills for complexity of customer base
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Advanced computer literacy skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
The successful candidate must possess a “can do” attitude and will be expected to learn quickly
Language skills: English mandatory, German would be a plus

Pay Transparency
nVent’s pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee’s work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance.
Monthly Gross Compensation Range:
zł7.083,30 - zł14.700,00 Per MonthDepending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual or long-term incentives.
