The Opportunity

Our Customer Accounts (CA) department is central to safeguarding business revenue and ensuring an exceptional experience for our customers. We are now looking for a detail‑driven Customer Accounts Analyst to join our high‑performing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, working with data, and communicating with customers to achieve real business impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Customer Accounts Analyst, you will be responsible for the effective management of customer accounts, including:

  • Conducting risk analysis and setting appropriate customer credit limits

  • Managing and collecting accounts receivable to reduce aged debt

  • Analysing financial data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities

  • Proactively managing all aspects of customer accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance

  • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers

  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the SSC

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience within credit control, accounts receivable, financial analysis, or a related field

  • Strong analytical skills and confidence interpreting financial data

  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities

  • A proactive, organised approach with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑focused environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems (SAP experience is an advantage)
