About the role
The Retention team at MYOB is on an exciting growth trajectory - a high performing group that’s consistently delivered exceptional customer outcomes and continues to build momentum. As the team expands, we’re looking for a driven and customer‑obsessed Customer Account Manager to help carry that success forward. In this role, you’ll guide SME customers through their early journey with MYOB, helping them unlock the full value of our products, strengthen their day‑to‑day operations, and ultimately stay confidently on track for long‑term success.
