Projects Scope
- The future of Food Halls: Help establish Westfield’s position for the former Topanga Social food hall by analyzing the proposals, impact, and reach of each brand.
- Partner Interface
- Develop a critical path to deal conclusion and ensure milestone dates are reached
- Work directly with prospective operators to determine an understanding of proposed concept and work with negotiators on target deal terms
- Opportunity Analysis
- Outline the existing global and North America Landscape for Food Halls
- Outline overall opportunity presented to both brands
- Side-by-Side Comparisons
- Financial Comparison (Inclusive of capital required, revenue generated, etc.)
- Opportunity for programming and other revenue drivers
- Social Reach Analysis
- Determine the opportunity of each brand to reach new customers and gain traction through social media reach
- Executive Board Paper
- Synthesize the above into a board recommendation paper to be circulated to members of the US leadership team and URW Management Board
Compensation
$20/hr, up to 16 hours per week
