OnsiteReports to the customer support manager to reinforce the Pratt & Whitney brand through proactive customer care initiatives and develop a world class level of customer service.
Adhere to policies, processes and customer strategies to optimize team performance, achieving high level of customer satisfaction.
Support the desired engine shop visit metrics and collaborate with various functions in aligning goals to achieve desired outcome for the customers.
Establish and foster strong relationships with key customers and arrange/host Pratt & Whitney senior executives visits to key customers.
Collaborate with internal sales team and stakeholders to strategize and optimize our market share.
Execute plans to achieve company set C.O.R.E standards.
Drive a high employee engagement culture of respect, empowerment, communication and teamwork.
Bachelor’s Degree with preferred relevant experience in the aerospace industry, specifically in customer relationship management
Effective communications and organizational skills to achieve results in a cross-functional and international business environment, with a proven track record in terms of delivering to plan.
Strong customer focus and creativity in developing customer solutions.
Strong strategic and analytical thinking combined with outstanding tactical execution skills.
Team-player with high standards of performance and personal integrity.
Possess excellent networking skills.
Proficient in the use of a variety of computer databases and Microsoft Office applications (SAP experience is a plus).
Able to travel at short notice.
