Lead end‑to‑end Custody operations in Argentina, covering trade capture & settlement, asset servicing (corporate actions, income), client onboarding, and control. Ensure resilient, compliant, and scalable delivery while improving client experience, risk outcomes, and productivity. Serve as the firm’s primary operational interface with market infrastructures and regulators, and a key partner to Product, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Client Coverage.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the daily performance related to settlements, asset servicing, income processing, proxy voting/AGMs, client onboarding, and change requests.
Drive issue management (root cause analysis, sustainable fixes), KRI/KPI governance, and transparent escalations.
Enforce policy adherence, including records management, conduct, information security, and third‑party risk.
Coordinate with internal/external clients to assess service quality and identify areas for improvement
Serve as executive escalation point for clients, partner with Relationship Management and Product on service reviews, RFPs, and growth opportunities.
Build strong internal partnerships with Technology, Product, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and HR to enable platform stability and scalable growth.
Build and retain high‑performing teams with a succession plan for critical roles.
Identify and deliver cost‑to‑serve reductions without compromising client or control outcomes.
Qualifications:
6-10 years of relevant experience, including people leadership.
Proven risk management and audit/compliance track record in a high‑risk, time‑critical environment.
Languages: Fluent English & Spanish
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; master’s preferred.
