SUMMARY
The Custodial Maintenance Team Member is responsible for maintaining basic housekeeping for the Quality Control Center. This position is located in Acworth, GA. Hiring team members for Sunday-Thursday nights with a 5PM start time and Tuesday-Saturday mornings with a 5AM start time.
DESIRED FUNCTIONAL SKILLS
- Ability to read, write and understand written and/or verbal policy, instruction and direction in English required.
- Must be able to read and understand the safe use of cleaning chemicals and/or painting materials.
- Must be able to safely operate cleaning equipment including floor scrubber, scissor lift, polisher and other equipment.
DESIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND CERTIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Housekeeping, custodial, sanitation experience preferred.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Must have flexibility to work all shifts as necessary.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Clean restrooms, break rooms, offices, hallways and entryway.
- Clean all areas of the plant as assigned by supervisor.
- Perform minor facility maintenance tasks as assigned by supervisor.
- Operate floor maintenance equipment to clean carpets and other flooring.
- Perform rodent trap maintenance by checking dates and documenting regular checks.
- Remove trash from all areas as scheduled and perform any basic maintenance tasks as assigned by supervisor
- Perform sewer trap sanitation throughout the facility to ensure they meet PJFS quality standards.
- Ensure perimeter of facility is clean and all debris is removed.
- Monitor and maintain accurate and complete departmental records of all quality checks.
- Other duties may be assigned.
