Factory Services Program Manager
Description -
What a WW Programs Manager(Factory Services- Resiliency/Life Cycle Management) does in HP:
- Lead a WW programs supporting factory services enablement for new factories / capabilities as part of HP’s Supply Chain Resiliency/Business strategy.
- Responsible to enable Factory Services enablement for P10, MIX and Tariff activities ensuring business continuity for HP customers globally.
- Work with resiliency program team members to be able to plan and execute multiple tiered complex programs(factory services) in support of tariff mitigation.
- Support/lead strategy and Oversee Factory Services Life Cycle Management programs to support life cycle updates/transitions to delivery to effective SKU management to maximize shipments.
- Drive results focused process improvement programs globally to increase efficiency across P10, Resilient and LCM programs
- Leads 2nd touch solutioning programs to customers across 2nd touch sites
Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:
- Graduate Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has at least10 years of job-related experience or 5-7 years of management experience, preferably in Supply Chain functions.
- Strong communication skills with ability to manage complexities at exec and grounds level
- Extensive Factory Services and/or manufacturing related experience preferred to hit the road running.
- Supply Chain functions (SCOR) experience across multiple pillars e.g. Plan, Make, Source, Delivery.
- Factory based services include BOM/PN knowledge would be advantageous.
- Proven ability to manage multiple programs concurrently and deliver on each’s objectives and goal (eg timelines, quality levels, targets)
