Cultivate Intern - End User Computing
$15.51 per hour

What You Will Be Doing:
This role supports the Tier 2 End User Computing team by resolving escalated technical issues, assisting with device deployment and inventory management, and maintaining accurate documentation. The position offers hands-on experience troubleshooting end-user hardware and software while contributing to continuous improvement of support processes. Designed as a developmental opportunity, it is ideal for individuals pursuing or early in an IT career who are eager to strengthen both their technical expertise and customer service skills.
Involved in various department functions and activities for the purpose of learning Shelter-specific policies, procedures, and methods of conducting business. Exposed to many facets of department activities including, but not limited to, job shadowing, attending department meetings or applicable corporate training classes, and performing assigned job duties. Assist department with regular work and may be assigned to special projects as appropriate.
Must be a current, full-time college student at the sophomore or junior level, also enrolled full time for Fall 2026.
Must be available to travel to Home Office in Columbia, MO June 15th -19th and July 20th – 24th.
