Position Summary

The Digital Ops Configuration Associate II supports the configuration, build, and validation of Patient First Digital Solutions (PFDS) technologies used in clinical studies. This professional works with moderate independence to deliver high-quality digital study builds while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are compliant, efficient, and aligned with study timelines and requirements.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and build PFDS digital solutions, including but not limited to: CTMS, eSource, eCOA, Televisit, eConsent, patient engagement, recruitment, finance, and visit/subject management tools.
• Develop and implement data validations and edit checks under guidance to support data integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Execute database activities in accordance with study timelines, SOPs, and contractual requirements.
• Collaborate with study teams, site operations, and internal stakeholders to support study delivery.
• Identify and escalate technical issues, contributing to troubleshooting efforts.
• Support validation and implementation of digital technologies.
• Contribute to process improvements and documentation of best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience in digital system configuration, data management, or clinical technology (experience will be an additional asset).
• Basic understanding of GCP and regulatory requirements is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn technical systems.
• Good organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Office or remote office environment.

• Prolonged computer use.
