As our development workflows evolve to incorporate AI-driven capabilities, we are looking for an engineer with strong fundamentals in “classic” software engineering—someone who can design, build, and scale robust systems while effectively leveraging modern AI tools.
In this role, you will take a key part in designing and delivering core platform capabilities, working alongside a team of highly skilled engineers in an agile environment.
Our stack includes: AWS, microservices architecture, Python, Kafka, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, Redis, ELK, and more.
Take ownership of features end-to-end: from research and design through implementation, testing, and production deployment

Prototype new ideas (POCs) and evolve them into production-grade solutions
Continuously measure, analyze, and improve system performance and development workflows
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across the organization
Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python preferred; Go, JavaScript, etc. also relevant)
Experience designing and building scalable microservices-based systems
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred; GCP/Azure also relevant)
Experience with APIs, authentication, authorization, and service-to-service security
Familiarity with modern AI-assisted development tools and practices, with the ability to use them to improve productivity and code quality
Solid understanding of web technologies and backend frameworks
Experience with large-scale data systems (e.g., MongoDB, Snowflake, Elasticsearch)
Background in cybersecurity or threat intelligence
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn quickly
A collaborative team player with good communication skills
Fluent in English and Hebrew (written and verbal)
