As CSP manager, you will create and execute country-level go-to-market strategies by turning Unilever’s category and brand goals into actionable commercial plans. The role includes making commercial decisions and identifying growth opportunities within your category. This role includes working with key customers on commercial growth strategies. You will represent customer and shopper perspectives by sharing external insights in internal planning meetings and supporting execution across channels. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Go-to-Market Strategy & Annual Planning: Lead creation of the Danish Beauty & Personal Care go-to-market strategies and annual and integrate with our European strategies. Set the yearly objectives and Jobs-to-be-done aligned with country/category priorities. • Portfolio & Channel Strategy: Define and manage the market product portfolio, including channel/customer prioritisation and pack/price architecture. Lead range reviews, delist processes, and repack strategies. Provide input for local assortment strategy and channel transformation. • Innovation & Launch Management: Provide market input on upcoming innovations and contribute to Gate Keeping Meetings. • Pricing & Net Revenue Management (NRM): Develop and execute pricing strategy, including recommendations and promo guidelines. Deploy NRM capabilities and deliver all NRM metrics. • Customer Engagement & Trade Planning: Build trade presentations and lead customer projects and business partnerships. Guide trade window planning and kick-off meetings. Recommend customer portfolio strategies and manage trade pricing windows. • Performance Management Lead forecast and S&OP meetings. Drive country performance reviews. Set and drive targets market plans. Analyse competitor landscape and external KPI tracking. • Communication & Collaboration: Present updates and information to the wider team during Town Hall meetings and Sales meetings. Participate in relevant team discussions and knowledge-sharing groups. Maintain clear and consistent communication with all involved stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective collaboration. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS • Minimum 5 years of FMCG experience in various go-to-market roles (sales, marketing, category management). • Experience with customer engagement and projects, and strong understanding of local retailer dynamics and development. • Strong understanding and knowledge of category business and ability to convert this knowledge into business growth. • Business accumen in strategic and operational planning, commercial accumen, category management, NRM. • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills. • Experience in executing with and through retailers, particularly in engaging with major retailers at similarly senior levels. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • Experience in converting go-to-market strategies through Unilevers go-to-market capacities. • Demonstrated ability to execute and deliver tangible outcomes, with a strong bias for implementation over conceptual planning • Advanced knowledge within digital, eCOM and new retailer trends. • Innovation mindset: Commerce channels execution and digital business models; Commercial Strategy and Business Acumen / NRM; Category Growth Management; Data-Drive Mindset; Customer and Retailer Understanding • Stakeholder Management; Lateral Influence without Authority; Process Thinking (Discipline); Ability to join the dots and show the big picture • Strong understanding of Brand Management, Brand activation, and Channel marketing with breadth in Customer marketing, Brand Development • Commercial acumen and experience working in a cross-functional team with holistic P&L responsibility.
