About the Role
• Formulate sales strategy to meet ambitious targetsResponsibilities:
Drive and implement the agents/intermediaries related promotion launch plan of new products/services/features, agency campaigns, district contests, agency related event management, agency communications, management of agency Clubs and Awards
Drive and implement agency online & offline initiatives, including effective promotion, end-to-end journey design, system setting & interface and communication plans to enhance awareness, engagement, response rates, lead generation, and sales conversion, ultimately improving sales channel productivity.
Prepare sales analysis reports to support business reviews of agency-related programs and communications, with the goal of strengthening sales performance and user experience.
Build and maintain strong relationships with agency and sales channels to motivate and support them in achieving their targets.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders on review, compliance, and clearance procedures.
Develop and refine related materials, including management presentations, briefing documents, and newsletters, for both internal and external use.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure system enhancements and communication efforts align with business objectives and to support new initiatives or program launches.
Provide support to Section head on management meeting presentation and relevant materials, ad hoc assignments and projects.
Requirements:
University / college graduate with 5-8 years’ relevant working experiences
Sales Promotion/ Agency Promotion related experience is preferred.
Analytical skills with good MS Excel knowledge
Excellent professional presentation, communication and problem-solving skills
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Enjoy working with people of diverse backgrounds
Familiar with computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese typing
Others:
You are preferred to obtain the license of Insurance Authority (IA) (Paper 1, 2, and 3) or Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority (MPFA) (Paper 4)
You are required to acquire the relevant license(s) if your job involves regulated activities
