Job Description:
The CRO Specialist is responsible for optimizing website performance through conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies. This role focuses on running A/B and multivariate tests, analyzing user behavior, and optimizing landing pages, forms, and calls-to-action to increase conversion rates. The CRO Specialist works closely with cross-functional teams to apply UX/UI principles and continuously improve the user experience.
2. Main Assignments
· Conversion Rate Optimization: Design and implement A/B and multivariate tests to optimize website elements, including landing pages, forms, and calls-to-action.
· Test Execution & Analysis: Use CRO tools such as VWO, Google Optimize, and others to run tests, analyze results, and identify areas for improvement.
· UX/UI Optimization: Apply UX/UI principles to enhance the user experience and ensure a seamless, conversion-focused journey.
· Reporting & Communication: Communicate test results, insights, and optimization strategies to key stakeholders in a clear and actionable format.
· Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest CRO trends, tools, and best practices to continuously refine testing strategies and improve conversion outcomes.
3. Person Specification
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, UX/UI Design, or a related field.
· Minimum 3-5 years of experience in conversion rate optimization, with hands-on experience using CRO tools such as VWO, Google Optimize, etc.
· Fluency in English is an important criterion, since this role involves working closely with global teams.
