We are looking for a strategic and culturally sharp Brand Strategy Specialist to help shape, articulate, and scale Superbet’s brand in Brazil. This role is central to defining what the brand stands for, how it shows up in culture, and how strategy translates into powerful, consistent executions across touchpoints.

You will work closely with Brand Comms, Creative, Insights, Media, Experience, and Global teams, ensuring that every initiative is grounded in a clear strategic narrative and contributes to building long-term brand equity. If you are obsessed with brands, culture, consumer behavior, and turning insights into sharp strategic direction, this role is for you.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Culturally Fluent: Deep understanding of Brazilian culture, entertainment, sports, and how brands earn relevance within them.
  • Insight-Driven: Uses research, data, and behavioral insights to guide decisions, not opinions.
  • Strong Storyteller: Can articulate complex strategies in a clear, inspiring, and persuasive way.
  • Cross-Functional Partner: Works seamlessly with creative, comms, media, experience, and global stakeholders.
  • Brand Builder: Thinks beyond campaigns, focusing on consistency, coherence, and long-term brand equity.

Professional Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field.
  • 4+ years’ experience in Brand Strategy, Planning, Strategic Planning, or Brand Management.
  • Experience working with creative agencies and developing strategic briefs.
  • Strong background in consumer research, brand positioning, and insight generation.
  • Ability to work with both qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Brand Strategy & Positioning: Support the definition and evolution of Superbet’s brand positioning, territory, and strategic platforms in Brazil.
  • Strategic Briefing: Develop clear, inspiring, and actionable briefs for creative, communication, and brand experience initiatives.
  • Consumer & Cultural Insights: Lead the synthesis of research, trends, and cultural signals into sharp strategic recommendations.
  • Brand Architecture & Coherence: Ensure consistency across brand touchpoints, campaigns, and initiatives, balancing global frameworks with local relevance.
  • Creative Evaluation: Partner with Creative and Comms teams to assess ideas, routes, and executions against the brand strategy.
  • Research & Measurement: Work with Insights partners to design, analyze, and translate brand and creative research into decisions and optimizations.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a strategic bridge between local teams, agencies, and global stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity.
  • Long-Term Brand Building: Contribute to building brand foundations, rituals, and strategic assets that scale over time, not just campaign-by-campaign.
