Your role
The task of the CRM Training Manager is to support the deployment of a new CRM system worldwide at ZEISS by developing, organizing, and delivering training to the Sales and Service companies (SSCs).
- Become an expert, understand and explain NextGenCRM and our global template in detail
- Act as SFDC trainer and train key users in ZEISS-specific Service processes in depth
- Prepare and conduct Training Delivery Enablement sessions (“how to train”) according to our Train the Trainer approach + coach SSCs in end user training delivery based on their local needs
- Maintain and expand the existing training material with new features, transfer the material to a new, more interactive training platform
- Create new learning material for additional training requirements (e.g. Service / refresher trainings)
- Coordinate and create release notes for new features
- Moderate and steer weekly meetings with SSC responsible and coordinate tasks fulfillment according to checklist
- Ensure and coordinate user setup for training system
- Document workarounds and train them as part of key user trainings
- Set up and maintain the training course on the ZEISS internal learning platform
- Plan, develop and record snackable learning videos per action step within SFDC
- Create and publish learning posts to the NextGenCRM Network (key users)
- Support NextGenCRM Network management and enablement
Your profile
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in media, communication, business administration or similar field of study
- Additional training certification is a plus
- Proven work experience in delivering trainings in Service and/or Sales
- Experience in Service / Sales / Customer Relationship Management is a plus
- Experience in CRM – specifically Salesforce.com
- Ability to inspire people and engage with them
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills, excellent presentation skills
- Creative and change-minded, open to develop innovative training techniques
- Project management skills
- Ability to travel (~30%)
- Fluent in German and English, written and spoken
